Baldwin County Public Schools plans new construction project in Fairhope, Alabama (intelligence360.news) — Baldwin County Public Schools is planning new school space at 1 Pirate Drive in Fairhope, with occupancy targeted around November 1, 2026. The project reflects the county’s rapid growth and continues Fairhope’s role in a long tradition of community-centered public schools across Baldwin County.

Thirteen Streets To Be Paved This Year (blogspot.com) — Fairhope is moving ahead with its annual paving project, asking contractors to bid on work resurfacing 13 specific streets across town later this year.
