• Judge lets U.S. citizen probe DHS detention policies (knewz.com) — A federal judge has allowed a lawsuit to move forward from a U.S. citizen who says immigration agents detained him three times, starting with a 2025 raid at a Foley construction site where he works as a concrete finisher. The case will now probe how DHS agents enter local worksites, treat REAL ID licenses, and verify citizenship, potentially affecting many Foley-area workers and employers.
