• Wallace State Celebrates Respiratory Therapy Class of 2026 (wallacestate.edu) — Wallace State Community College in Hanceville has honored 30 Respiratory Therapy students in a pinning ceremony marking their transition into professional practice. Local graduates received special awards, and the program is now accepting applications for Fall 2026, with summer and fall registration already underway for classes on the Hanceville campus and online. 
• More than 25 graduate from WSCC Dental Hygiene program (cullmantribune.com) — Wallace State’s Dental Hygiene program in Hanceville just celebrated more than 25 new graduates, who collectively treated nearly 3,000 patients during their training. Several students earned special awards, and the program is now accepting applications for Fall 2026, offering local residents a pathway into an in-demand health career close to home.
• Hogland, Davis, Paschall named principals of Harmony, CCCDC, Good Hope Elementary (cullmantribune.com) — Cullman County Schools has named new principals for Harmony School, the Child Development Center and Good Hope Elementary, decisions that affect many families around Hanceville. One appointee, Josh Davis, previously taught history at Hanceville High School, bringing local classroom experience into his new leadership role when he begins July 1, pending board approval.
