For the second time in two weeks, a Hoover man has been arrested on charges of sex with a minor.

HOOVER, AL -- For the second time in just two weeks, a Hoover man has been arrested and charged with sex crimes against a child. Amran Mohsen Kassim Almansoob, 24, was taken into custody Monday morning in his home in Hoover.
After being arrested just weeks ago by Hoover police in connection with multiple crimes against a 13-year-old girl, Almansoob is charged with new crimes involving a second girl in Blount County who is over the age of 12 but under the age of 16.
An Alabama Media Group report said warrants were obtained from both the Blount County District Attorney’s Office and the Bessemer Cutoff Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office charging Almansoob with enticing a child to enter a home or vehicle for immoral purposes, traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act, electronic solicitation of a child and second-degree sexual abuse. He is being held without bond.
