Man Accused Of Killing Hoover Lawyer Indicted
A man accused of beating retired lawyer Arthur Till was indicted by a Shelby County grand jury Monday.

SHELBY COUNTY, AL — A man accused of beating retired Hoover lawyer Arthur Till to death last year has been indicted by a Shelby County grand jury, according to an Alabama Media Group report. Jackson Bradley Young, 37, was indicted Monday.
Young is accused of killing Till in Till's home in February of 2019. The medical examiner determined Till died from blunt force trauma, with the manner of death being homicide. He was said to have had many visitors during a typical day, so someone coming to his home was not unusual. There seemed to be no forced entry to Till's home.
Young has been arrested on 14 criminal charges since 2002. The offenses include drug possession, fraudulent use of a credit or debit car, burglary, theft of property, resisting arrest and burglary.
