Additional Nightly I-459 Ramp Closures Scheduled in Hoover (abc3340.com) — If you drive I-459 in Hoover, expect nighttime ramp closures at Exit 10 on October 4 and the northbound Exit 13 ramp to U.S. 31 on October 5, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Crews are resurfacing a 3.2-mile stretch, and ALDOT suggests using SR-150 between U.S. 31 and Exit 10 as an alternate route.
