1. Governor Ivey has appointed David Puckett to serve as the District Judge of the 39th Judicial Circuit. This appointment, taking the place of Judge Matt Huggins, is effective immediately. (WHNT)
2. The City of Huntsville has released their 2021 Huntsville Development Review. The data shows that the city continued its trajectory to grow in 2021 based on construction and real estate data. (Patch)
3. Madison County’s volunteer fire departments are in desperate need of more volunteers. These stations provide all of your training through the Alabama Fire College and any equipment at no cost to you. (WHNT)
4. Huntsville has announced they have a new commercial development planned for Research Park. This is a big part of the 50-year plan made in 2015. The City is waiting to announce businesses for the bottom floor of the development and what it has planned for the upper floors until later, so I’ll keep you updated as they release more! (WAFF)
