  1. The Huntsville Books-A-Million is moving and having a huge moving sale! The new location will be on South Memorial in the Aldi and Academy Sports + Outdoors shopping center. They have not announced a timeline for the move. (WHNT)
  2. A resurfacing project on U.S. 31 is set to begin at the end of this week or the beginning of next week. It will include almost four miles of the road from U.S. 72 to Huntsville-Brownsferry Road. (WAAY)
  3. There are currently four locations in the area for the 6 month- 5 year age group to receive their COVID vaccines, with only three being in Alabama and the fourth being over the state line in Tennessee. The locations are Walgreens on Bob Wallace Avenue, the Arab Kids R Us Pediatric location, and a Walgreens in Fort Payne. (WAFF)
  4. Home Place Park is having a ribbon cutting today to celebrate its reopening after renovations! The new features include more walkability and a new event space. (themadisonrecord.com)
  5. The inaugural Crawfish Festival at Toyota Field will be July 2. There will be cornhole, contests, food trucks, fireworks, and inflatables to keep the whole family entertained! Tickets are on sale now. (WHNT)
