- An arrest has been made in the recent string of Regions Bank robberies. The suspect was sentenced to community corrections and was wearing an ankle monitor during most of the robberies and has allegedly admitted to all four incidents. (WHNT News 19)
- Huntsville City FC has announced their preseason schedule! Their very first game will be Feb. 11 in Birmingham, and their first time at home will be March 4. (WAFF)
- Huntsville City Schools has decided to implement Evolv technology scanners to help protect against weapons inside school buildings. This decision comes only a week after two students brought guns to HSC schools. The new system will move between the schools within the district. (WAFF)
