Welcome to Garden Rangers where school-aged children can learn about nature in our Children's Garden classroom.&nbsp;
We will be decorating the garden for the fall and Halloween in this program. &nbsp;Kids will learn about fall plants and work in small groups to complete projects. Online registration is required to ensure that we have enough materials. Connie is a freelance travel writer and the author of 100 Things to Do in Huntsville and North Alabama Before You Die and Telling It on the Mountain: 52 Days in the Life of an Improbable Missionary. Connie was the 2021 recipient of the Chairman’s Cup Award given by the Alabama Mountain Lakes Association to a travel writer who has demonstrated long-standing support for the region and its tourism activities.

Get your craft on this fall! Teens ages 12-18 can join us in the Kids Classroom at South Huntsville Library for a new activity each week. No prior experience required, and all supplies are provided in this free program. This class is first come first served as supplies are limited.
This week we will learn about bears preparing for winter, prepare our Fat Bear Week brackets and make a paper salmon craft using scrapbook paper.

No Garden admission is required to shop the Fall Plant Sale. The sale will be held in the INTUITIVE Plant Science Complex, our back-of-house growing facilities. Follow event signage upon arrival for parking and directions.
