The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged 32-year-old Mannery Fletcher and Edward Pugh, 32, with Murder following an incident at an apartment in the 4500 block of Foster Ave.

HPD responded to the apartment around 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 13, and discovered 54-year-old Christopher Martin deceased inside.
HPD Major Crimes Unit Investigators believe the victim and suspects were acquaintances, and a physical altercation led to Martin’s death.

Fletcher was taken into custody on Tuesday evening. Pugh was apprehended on Wednesday afternoon by HPD’s Anti-Crime Team.
