- Huntsville City Council has almost wrapped up taking suggestions for the redistricting map, and they’re close to finalizing! According to council members, the map is designed to avoid issues with future elections. (WHNT)
- Jeff Kilpatrick has announced he will be on the ballot for Limestone County Sheriff. Kilpatrick has worked for UAH and Madison County as well as Limestone County, and currently works as an investigator. (WAFF)
- Huntsville Parks and Recreation is offering day camps for students during the week of Thanksgiving! The camp will be offered in-person and virtually for K-6th grade. (Huntsville)
- The Broadway Theatre League and two donors made a special donation to MLK Jr. Elementary in Huntsville. A new painting of Martin Luther King Jr. is displayed in the lobby because of their generosity! (Huntsville City Schools)
- Huntsville leaders are actively working to find ways to make the city easier to get through on foot. With the sidewalk budget more than doubled for this year, they’re making plans, including the bike plan! (WAFF)
