  1. Huntsville High’s girls’ and boys’ soccer teams beat out the James Clemens teams in the first round of the AHSAA playoffs. The Whitesburg Christian girls’ team also took home a win against J.B. Pennington in the first round to advance. (AL.com)
  2. J.P. Cain Stadium in Hartselle is getting new stadium lights. The upgrade is in part thanks to a partnership between the Alabama Legislature and the Alabama Mountains Rivers Valleys Resource Conservation and Development, which provided a $20,000 donation. (WHNT)
  3. Rep. Mo Brooks has received a letter requesting more information from the committee investigating Former President Donald Trump’s involvement in the January 6 riots. Brooks’ Senate Campaign has stated that he will not speak to the committee unless subpoenaed, which he says he will fight. (WAAY)
  4. The first concert at the Orion Amphitheater is this weekend! Jake Owen will be in concert for the 33rd Annual Huntsville Hospital Foundation Huntsville Classic. Tickets are still available for the event. (WHNT)
  5. The United States Postal Service is hosting a job fair Wednesday. It will be at the Madison Post Office on Hughes Road from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (WAFF)
