- The Lee Greenwood All Star Salute last night was the third-largest event ever held at the VBC. This event will put Huntsville on the radar to be considered by other artists that would normally only look at Nashville in the area. (WAAY)
- Northrop Grumman in Huntsville has won a contract for missile defense. This contract will bring in 500 new jobs for engineers in the Rocket City! (AL.com)
- HudsonAlpha is currently building a research greenhouse on their campus! When construction is finished next spring, research will make it easier to customize agriculture to Alabama conditions. (AL.com)
- Season 26 of the “Galaxy of Lights” at the Botanical Garden starts November 11! Driving nights will start December 2. There will be some new sights, so don’t miss out just because you’ve seen it before! (WHNT)
