Here are the top stories in Huntsville today:
- Oakwood University and Alabama A&M competed in the Honda Campus All-Star Challenge Sunday for spots in the National Championship. The competition is for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HCBUs). Both teams claimed spots and will compete in Nationals April 10-12. (HCASC)
- UAH split the results of a doubleheader with AUM over the weekend. AUM took game two 5-3, while UAH dominated game one 11-5. (UAH)
- The Havoc beat Peoria this weekend 3-2. This was the Havoc’s ninth straight win! Their next game at Roanoke on March 25. (WAAY/Havoc Schedule)
- The City of Huntsville Public Building Authority has called a special session for March 23 at 2:30 p.m. The session was called to address the “Consideration of Change Order No. 3 to the Construction Manager Agreement between the Public Building Authority of the City of Huntsville and Robins and Morton for the Amphitheater Project.” (Huntsville)
