- Five months after Christina Nance was found in a Huntsville Police Department van after 12 days in there without being discovered, her family is starting the process to file a civil lawsuit. The basis of the suit, as far as they have revealed, is that HPD policy is to keep those vans locked and that one was not. (WAFF)
