Huntsville Municipal Offices Will Be Closed For Presidents’ Day

Garbage collection will be delayed by one day throughout the week.

The City of Huntsville’s municipal offices and Municipal Court will be closed Monday, February 15, in observance of Presidents’ Day. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, February 16.

Public Transit, Huntsville Police, Fire & Rescue, as well as Emergency 9-1-1 services will operate as usual.

Parks and Recreation facilities will be closed with the exception of limited hours at the Huntsville Aquatics Center and Johnson Legacy Center.

The Huntsville Aquatics Center Instructional Pool will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Adult exercise classes will be 8:30 a.m.-9:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. The Legacy Pool will be open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. However, the Competition Pool, as well as all other Parks and Recreation facilities, will be closed.

The Johnson Legacy Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
