Here are the top stories in Huntsville today:

1. Huntsville's noise ordinance has been made later by city council! The change was passed at this week's council meeting and includes letting those in the entertainment district have live music until 11 PM on the weekends! (WAFF)
2. Several organizations will receive a portion of the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs. A total of $500,000 will be given from the Emergency Solutions Grant Program! (Patch)
3. A new state initiative will make sure Huntsville is more equipped to support electric vehicles. The city is open to private partnerships to make this happen! (WHNT)
4. Construction for the Northern Bypass is a go! Funding was approved for the road that will connect Highway 72 to Highway 53. (WAFF)
