Huntsville Parks & Recreation: City Of Huntsville Municipal Offices Closed For Good Friday

The City of Huntsville’s municipal offices and Municipal Court will be closed Friday, April 2, in observance of Good Friday. City offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, April 5.

Huntsville Transit will operate a normal schedule for both Orbit fixed-route buses and Access paratransit services.

Because garbage collection occurs Monday-Thursday, there will be no change to service. Recycling will also not be affected.

All Huntsville Parks & Recreation facilities are closed, except the Johnson Legacy Center, open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Huntsville Aquatics Center, which will be open the following hours:

All Parks & Recreation facilities will be closed Sunday, April 4, in observance of Easter.
