- Lee Greenwood’s All Star Salute is finally tonight! Forty different artists will perform and celebrate Greenwood’s 40 years in the industry. The winner of a home through Helping a Hero will also be announced at the concert. (WAAY)
- Nursing applications have been pouring in at Drake State with the current need for nurses. Compared to 2019, the school has seen an increase in applications by 20-30% this year. (Fox54)
- The Huntsville International Airport has started to see more travelers passing through the doors lately. They are back to about 72% of the numbers they would be seeing at this time during a normal year. (WHNT)
- Kayla Lewis, a current student at Calhoun and recent Huntsville Police Academy grad, has become the first recipient of the Clardy Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is in honor of two fallen officers. (WAAY)
