- The Madison County Commission gave out $20,000 awards to three groups in the area to fight food insecurity. Manna House, the Food Bank of North Alabama, and CASA of Madison County were the recipients and the money will go straight into helping the community. (WHNT)

On January 8 from 8 AM-1 PM, you can get your tree to John Hunt Park for Operation Christmas Clean Up to have your live tree recycled!
