Here are the top stories in Huntsville today:
- The Madison County Commission has voted to postpone adding Juneteenth to the 2023 schedule for the county. The motion was denied in a 4-2 vote, making this the third year it was voted down. (WHNT News 19)
- The new event center at Alabama A&M University will have a ribbon-cutting event today! After two years of construction, there will be a ribbon cutting to open the new event center with space for sports events, and possibly even Disney on Ice! (WAFF)
- Registration has opened for winter break camps with the City of Huntsville. With break coming up soon, there are several options for students to get enrichment while out of school with regular camp or one of the specialty camps the city offers! (WHNT News 19)
