- A new development is coming to Huntsville, and it will be the Southeast's first net zero development. RCP Companies and Grounded Capital Partners have teamed up to bring the new development, Wellory Living, to MidCity. There will be several differences between this new version and current standard developments to make Wellory Living net zero waste. Construction is expected to start next year and the development is slated to open in 2025. (Yellowhammer News)
- The altercation between a Madison City Schools assistant principal and a female student is currently under investigation by the Madison Police Department, but no charges have been filed at this time.
