Here are the top stories today in Huntsville:
- Breland Companies has announced plans to add 774 homes to a new subdivision in Priceville, but residents are concerned about infrastructure and education being able to keep up. However, according to Breland Homes, the plan is to spread the new development over 10-13 years and eight phases, so that the town can adapt as it happens. (WAFF)
- The Historic Huntsville Foundation is opening a free “Rooted in History” exhibit at Harrison Brothers Hardware. It will feature prominent women in Huntsville’s history in the twentieth century. (WHNT)
- There is a new scam targeting Huntsville Utilities customers. If you get an email from huntsvilleutility@invoice-accounting.com do not click the link. If you have questions, you can either check on the website, or call them at (256)535-1200. (WAFF)
