1. Huntsville is getting a professional soccer team! They are working with the Nashville Soccer Club to create an MLS NEXT Pro team to call Joe Davis Stadium home. The agreement will be presented at tomorrow’s city council meeting. (City of Huntsville)
2. Did you know Huntsville played a part in the James Webb Space Telescope being able to get those pictures? NeXolve, a company in Huntsville, created the sun shields that protect it from the heat from the sun. Marshall’s Dr. Philip Stahl invented the technology to create the telescope’s mirrors. The work being done in the Rocket City is so incredible. (WHNT)

5. Gate 9 on the Arsenal will close to entering traffic tonight starting at 9 p.m. tonight. Gate 8 is the designated detour gate, and will be open until 9 p.m. tomorrow, but gate 9 is expected to reopen at 4 a.m. tomorrow. Outgoing traffic will not be affected. (WHNT)
