  1. North Alabama Homebuilding Academy (NAHA) has purchased a trailer and they are making it into a mobile classroom! They have partnered with Huntsville City Schools to teach clinics to elementary and middle school students. (WZDX)
  2. From now through October 3, play Downtown Huntsville Inc.’s Putt Putt on the Square! There are 13 holes and it is completely free, but you should take your own putter and balls if you have them. I heard there’s also a hidden extra hole, so let me know if you find it! (Rocket City Mom)
  3. The Space and Rocket Center has received the 2020 FBI Director's Community Leadership Award. The award was presented on September 22 to Dr. Kimberly Robinson, the Executive Director and CEO. (quadcitiesdaily.com)
  4. NICHE has released their 2022 list for the best schools in Alabama, and Madison City Schools is all over it! Discovery Middle topped the list for best middle school, and the school system has several schools at the top of each list along with the second best district and third best teachers! (WHNT)
  5. The North Alabama Homebuilding Academy received the 2021 AlabamaWorks! Innovator Award. This award was given by Gov. Ivey and the Deputy Secretary of Commerce. (WZDX)
