1. There are several volunteer opportunities for the Paralympic Cycling Open! The opportunities range from hospitality to course marshals. (Patch)
2. The Oakwood Academy boys basketball team traveled to Montgomery to visit with Governor Kay Ivey yesterday. The team was not only asked to share about themselves, but something they took away from choosing to forfeit their basketball game to follow their faith. (AL.com)
