  1. The Greater Huntsville Humane Society’s pet food drive is happening right now through the end of the year. Their goal is to collect 20,000 pounds of food donated, which will go to their King's Community Kitchen to help pet owners in need be able to keep and provide for their pets. (WZDX)
  2. Legislators in Colorado are still fighting to keep Space Command Headquarters out of Huntsville and in Colorado. According to Space Command leadership this week, despite the ongoing investigations, the decision is still to move to Huntsville. (WAAY)
  3. A UAH student team, called Binary Opposition, won the academic category at the National Cyber Summit. They also competed in the Cyber Cup capture the flag and received a $5000 prize. (Patch)
