Here are the top stories today in Huntsville:
- A Judge in Madison County refuses to dismiss a lawsuit regarding Dr. David Cole, who ran for Alabama House District 10. The lawsuit alleges that Dr. Cole did not actually live within the district for the required period of one year prior to winning the House seat in the election on Nov. 8. (WHNT News 19)
- The University Of Alabama In Huntsville has released their Fall 2o22 President's and Dean's List! This year's list includes 1358 Dean's List students and 927 President's List honorees. (Patch Press Release Desk)
- Two are dead and several others are injured after a late-night shooting early Sunday morning. The shooting took place near Junkabillies and The Vinyl Hub will both be closed at least today to respect the victims and their families. (WHNT News 19)
