Here are the top stories today in Huntsville:
- According to the National Weather Service (NWS), there was a probable tornado in the area during yesterday’s weather event. The possible tornado went through Limestone and Morgan counties, but is not expected to have crossed into Madison County. (themadisonrecord.com)
- Starting Jan. 16 at 4:30 a.m., all lanes of Madison Street will be closed. The closure will occur between Southside Square and Gates Avenue and is expected to end Jan. 22 at 4 p.m. (WAFF)
- Winter Park at The Orion has officially been extended. Now, you’ll get to enjoy the ice-skating fun through Feb. 20, with adjusted hours. (themadisonrecord.com)
