- Chuck Carr has been named the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s permanent president. Carr replaced Dawson and became the interim president in November 2021. (AL.com)
- The Madison County School System is currently looking for 12-15 bus drivers. With this large of a vacancy, they’ve had to combine the routes the drivers would normally be taking. (WHNT News 19)
- Starting Monday, the intersection of Plummer and Johns Roads will be closed for two weeks. The intersection will be reconfigured to move traffic differently. (WAFF)
