  1. Chuck Carr has been named the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s permanent president. Carr replaced Dawson and became the interim president in November 2021. (AL.com)
  2. The Madison County School System is currently looking for 12-15 bus drivers. With this large of a vacancy, they’ve had to combine the routes the drivers would normally be taking. (WHNT News 19)
  3. Starting Monday, the intersection of Plummer and Johns Roads will be closed for two weeks. The intersection will be reconfigured to move traffic differently. (WAFF)
