  1. As of writing, Huntsville Utilities has restored power to Madison and Huntsville areas after the winter storm. Crews are on alert to ensure any power outages that occur will be taken care of. (Huntsville Utilities)
  2. A French-Asian bakery is coming to MidCity! TOUS les JOURS is set to open this fall and has already started the hiring process. (WAAY)
  3. UAH Nursing has earned a portion of a $1 million grant. The new program would set out to research and further understanding of environmental illnesses. This funding will be split between UAH, Washington State, and Emory. (WHNT)
  4. UAH’s Research Horizons Poster Session was back in person this week! This was the first year for the undergrads to have their own day of Research Horizons, with grad students participating on a different date. (Patch)
  5. UAH has now ended their mask mandate on campus. There are still exceptions, such as being required to wear a mask for five days after a five day quarantine. (WHNT)
