• UAB Libraries share AI resources, skills with Alabama's K-12 educators (uab.edu) — Leeds educators recently joined a free UAB Libraries workshop on using artificial intelligence responsibly in K–12 classrooms, giving local teachers access to expert guidance and practical tools. Participants explored AI literacy, policy ideas for their districts, and Alabama’s new digital literacy standards taking effect in 2026–27. Leeds teachers can now bring home vetted resources to shape classroom use of AI.
