1. A Georgia teen who was reportedly abducted by his biological father was rescued safely in Alabama. The autistic 16-year-old was reported missing Tuesday morning and taken by his biological father, 41-year-old Ronald Javier Rodas. Later that day, Alabama state troopers, SBI agents, and Montgomery police found the suspect's vehicle in a business parking lot on Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery. The teen was recovered without incident, and Rodas was taken into custody. (AL.com)
2. A man is facing an assault charge after a stabbing in Montgomery on Tuesday night. According to court records, 49-year-old Jamie Smith stabbed the victim in the back left shoulder with an unknown object, causing minor injuries. Smith was taken into custody and placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility. (WSFA 12)
