🌱 Alabama Substance Abuse Youth Summit + Bloody Sunday Photo Exhibit

Here are the top three stories today in Montgomery:
- The Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will host its second Alabama Substance Abuse Youth Summit on Apr. 26 in Montgomery. The event is meant as an opportunity for Alabama's youth to discuss solutions to underage drinking and substance abuse issues throughout the state. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from several different experts regarding the issues. (The Atmore Advance)
- Auburn University and Alabama State University have partnered together to host an exhibit featuring historic photographs. The exhibit allows guests to experience more than 50 photographs taken during the Bloody Sunday protests in 1965. The exhibit will be at the Tullibody Fine Arts Center on Montgomery's Jackson Street until Apr. 29. (Auburn University)
- Drivers on I-85 southbound in Montgomery experienced major traffic jams and delays yesterday afternoon as officials cleared a car wreck. Traffic was reportedly backed up from the Union Street exit to the Eastern Boulevard, a distance of several miles. No information about the cars or individuals involved in the crash. (WSFA)
