Here are the top three stories today in Montgomery:

  1. NFL star Mack Wilson is hosting a celebrity softball game at Montgomery's Riverwalk Stadium. The Mack Wilson Madhouse Foundation Celebrity softball game will be on Saturday with gates opening at 11:00 a.m. Money raised will go to Montgomery's Making a Difference Foundation which supports young men develop character, team building, and leadership skills.   2. The Montgomery Police Department reported that a man has died following a Sunday morning crash. According to the department, a man was pronounced dead on the scene in the 4400 block of Northern Boulevard. The department has not yet released additional information related to the single-vehicle crash. (Alabama News Network)
  3. Service members and their families celebrated nearly 40 years of the C-130 aircraft at the Maxwell Air Force Base on Saturday. The 908th Airlift Wing has flown this particular aircraft for the last four decades with the aircraft heading to Arkansas for its next mission. The 908th has used 4 of the popular aircraft design.
