- A man has gone missing from the area around the Veteran's Administration Hospital at 215 Perry Road in Montgomery. Edwin Clinton Hoover was last seen on Nov. 12 at 10:00 a.m. He is 71 years old and may have a condition that may impair his judgment. (Alabama News Network)
- For those who want to celebrate the holidays with their families, The Alabama Department of Public Health has said that now is the time to get a COVID-19 shot in order to be fully vaccinated by the holidays. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must have the Johnson & Johnson vaccine for two weeks, the double dose of Pfizer for five weeks, or the double dose of Moderna for six weeks. This is right in line with the holiday season, as Christmas is now six weeks away. (WSFA 12)
- An arrest was made in a Friday night Montgomery shooting which left a woman in serious condition. (WSFA 12)
- The US Department of Justice announced an environmental justice investigation in Alabama in a move that Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke called "historic." (Montgomery Advertiser)
