• Storage facility in Morgan County among new $1M+ building permits (hvilleblast.com) — A $5 million permit has been issued for a large new self-storage complex on Upper River Road in Priceville, right by I-65, bringing a significant commercial investment to town. The multi-building facility will offer both climate-controlled and standard units with new paving and site improvements, and it's one of a dozen $1 million-plus construction projects approved statewide last week.
