• Legals for 10/02/2026 (gadsdenmessenger.com) — Two Rainbow City homes, on Grady and Rose Road, are scheduled for foreclosure auctions at the Etowah County Courthouse later this month and in December, with sales held "as is" and subject to Alabama redemption rights. The legals page also lists a Rainbow Middle School cafeteria roofing project nearing final settlement, storage-unit auctions at Southtowne Mini Warehouses on Woodland Drive, and numerous probate, nuisance, and vehicle notices that could affect Rainbow City residents’ property or legal interests.
