• Horse found wandering Summerdale, Baldwin County Sheriff's Office looking for owner (wkrg.com) — A loose horse was safely captured Tuesday along Highway 59 in Summerdale, and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is now trying to locate its owner. Deputies, helped by two local residents, prevented a potential traffic hazard and are asking anyone missing a horse to call the sheriff’s rural unit with a detailed description to verify ownership.
   

• Deputies: Suspect arrested after vehicle pursuit near Baldwin County middle school (weartv.com) — A vehicle pursuit that started in the Summerdale area ended outside Central Baldwin Middle School, briefly putting the campus on precautionary lockdown while deputies secured the scene.
