• Tarrant activates zoning board for first time in more than 5 years (wbrc.com) — Tarrant has reactivated its zoning board after more than five years, clearing the way for updated zoning maps and new development opportunities across the city. Mayor Tracie Threadford says the move, along with demolishing unsafe properties and forming a planning commission, is meant to attract businesses like coffee or sandwich shops and signal that Tarrant is ready for reinvestment. Residents can contact City Hall with zoning questions.
