Auburn's Noah Igbinoghene, Former Husky, Earns SEC Honor
Auburn defensive back and former Hewitt-Trussville standout Noah Igbinoghene was named SEC Special Teams Player of the Week.

TRUSSVILLE, AL - Former Hewitt-Trussville speedster and current Auburn University defensive back Noah Igbinoghene was named the Southeaster Conference Special Teams Player of the Week after his performance against Arkansas over the weekend.
Igbinoghene, a 2017 graduate of Hewitt0Trussville, had a 96-yard kickoff return for touchdown in the third quarter against Arkansas, his first of his career, and the first kickoff return for a touchdown for Auburn since 2013.
“I just feel like I can reboot the fans and everybody to get into the game again, just like we did today," Igbinoghene told The Auburn Plainsman. "I want to continue to do it." The sophomore was converted from wide receiver to defensive back this season, after starring at Hewitt-Trussville at receiver during his high school career.
