Credit Card Skimming Devices Found In Moody, Leeds
Four suspects have been arrested after credit card skimming devices were found in businesses in Moody and Leeds.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY, AL - Four suspects, including one juvenile, have been arrested after credit card skimming devices were discovered at business in Moody and Leeds over the weekend. Moody police on Friday announced the arrests of Anna Maria Constantina, Matei Rafaila and Ionut Caramizaru. Constantina and Caramizaru are from Arizona, and Rafaila is from Texas. The juvenile’s name was not released.
An Alabama Media Group report said the suspects successfully placed a credit car skimming device at a business in Leeds and then tried to do the same at a business in Moody. Workers at the business noticed something amiss and called 911.
When the suspects saw law enforcement officers arriving at the business, they hid the device inside the store. Investigators quickly found it and took the suspects into custody. Moody police then contacted Leeds police officers and they, too, responded to the scene. The U.S. Secret Service also was brought in to help with the investigation.
