Florida Man Charged In Alleged Stalking Of Trussville Teen
A 19-year-old Florida man is charged with sexual extortion and stalking involving a 14-year-old in Trussville.

TRUSSVILLE, AL - A 19-year-old Florida man has been arrested and charged with the sexual extortion and stalking of a 14-year-old Trussville girl. Justin Richard Testani was booked into the Jefferson County Jail last week after being extradited to Alabama.
According to an Alabama Media Group report, Testani in December 2017 caused the teen to produce images or photographs while engaged in a sexual act. He was booked into the Jefferson County Jail on April 10 and ordered held without bond on the Class B felony.
Friday, Jefferson County District Judge William Bell Jr. reduced Testani’s bond from no bond to $30,000. That same day, prosecutors filed a motion asking the judge to reconsider his decision, noting that the victim and the detective adamantly opposed bond being set. All of the crimes, the motion states, happened online.

The stalking charge, also a felony, was issued Monday. Testani is being held on no bond.
