Former Substitute Teacher Pleads Not Guilty On Child Porn Charges
A Northport man, was a substitute teacher at Hewitt-Trussville Middle School, pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of child porn.

NORTHPORT, AL — A man who had once been employed as a substitute teacher in the Trussville school system is contesting his arrest on child pornography charges. Justin Hrin Stegall, 23, of Northport, pleaded not guilty to five charges of possessing child pornography.
Stegall, who is from Trussville, was arrested in May this year in Tuscaloosa County. According to a Trussville Tribune report, he gave law enforcement his login and password information for his phone and computer.
An officer said he found five images of child porn. According to the deposition, those images included young, naked boys. It is unknown if the images were of students.

The investigator said Stegall admitted to having a problem with child pornography. The investigator said Stegall said he had been watching child porn for years and he wanted help.
Stegall signed the filing for a not guilty plea and waiver of arraignment, on Sept. 26, in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, according to court documents.
