Full Moon Bar-B-Que Set To Open Trussville Location In Fall

TRUSSVILLE, AL - Trussville will be the site for a new store by one of Alabama's classic names in barbecue this fall. Full Moon Bar-B-Que announced it will open its 15th location in the city of Trussville, located in the Trussville Shopping Center off the Clay Chalkville exit and in front of K-Mart.

“The city of Trussville is excited to welcome Full Moon Bar-B-Que to our community,” said Mayor Buddy Choat of Trussville. “Full Moon Bar-B-Que brings many years of experience for quality food and service to our area.”

The Trussville location will offer a quick service dining experience and serve a full menu featuring all of the items the restaurant has offered in its restaurants for decades, while also expanding catering offerings to the area. As well, Full Moon is looking to hire more than 100 employees for the Trussville location.
