Hewitt-Trussville Game Against Thompson To Air On ESPN

The match-up between Alabama quarterback commits Paul Tyson and Talia Tagovailua will have a national audience.

ALABASTER, AL - Hewitt-Trussville's clash against fellow top-10 powerhouse Thompson will have a national audience, as ESPN announced the game will be televised Friday night. The game features ywo of the top quarterback prospects in the nation in Thompson's Talia Tagovailoa and HTHS's Paul Tyson. Both have committed to the University of Alabama.

Thompson hosts the game after pulling off a convincing 31-7 win at Mountain Brook, and Hewitt comes into the game off a 45-14 win over Tuscaloosa County. The game begins at 6:30 p.m. at Thompson and will air on ESPN2.

In addition to Tyson and Tagovailoa, the game also features several other high-profile recruits. The Huskies have Alabama commits in senior offensive lineman Pierce Quick, junior defensive back Malachi Moore and junior receiver Dazalin Worsham, along with Auburn commit and senior receiver Ja'Varrius Johnson.

Thompson features Bama OL commit Amari Kight, and freshman defensive end Jeremiah Alexander, who is receiving early attention from several SEC schools.
