Huskies Back In Top 5; Indians Stay At No. 1
Pinson Valley and Clay-Chalkville kept their spots in the 6A poll, while Hewitt-Trussville re-entered the top 5 in the 7A poll.

TRUSSVILLE, AL - After a win over Tuscaloosa County last weekend, and a loss by Mountain Brook, Hewitt-Trussville re-entered the top 5 in this week's Alabama Sports Writers Association poll. Pinson Valley remained atop the 6A poll and Clay-Chalkville kept its No. 4 ranking.
The Huskies beat Tuscaloosa County 45-14 to move to No. 5 in the ASWA poll, after Mountain Brook - who came into last week's games ranked fifth - lost to Thompson 31-7. Pinson Valley beat Pell City 52-7, and Clay-Chalkville defeated Oxford 27-6.
