Huskies Name New Defensive Coordinator

Sean Talsma was named to the position by head coach Josh Floyd following board approval on Tuesday.

TRUSSVILLE, AL - The Hewitt-Trussville football team will enter the 2019 season with a new face on the sidelines, as former Clay-Chalkville coach Sean Talsma was named the team's new defensive coordinator by head coach Josh Floyd following board approval on Tuesday.

Talsma spent 10 years on the Cougar’s varsity staff, according to the Trussville Tribune. Talsma had previously coached at Pelham High School, Twiggs County High (Ga.), Henry County High (Ga.), Baldwin County High (Ga.) and Marcellus High (Mich.).
