Jefferson Title To Open New Branch In Trussville
A longtime Birmingham title business is opening its second location, and has chosen Trussville.

TRUSSVILLE, AL - Longtime Alabama title and closing company Jefferson Title Corporation announced the official opening of their new location in Trussville, where vice president of closing operations, Amye von Seebach, will lead the Trussville team in conjunction to her senior attorney role with Jefferson Title corporate.
The office - located at 183 Main Street, Suite B in Trussville - will primarily offer title and closing services but will be able to assist customers with other ancillary services including probate issues, title clearance, contract review, commercial and residential closings, 1031 exchanges, refinances and reverse mortgages.

Amye von Seebach comes to Jefferson Title from a large Tampa-based real estate law firm where she was tasked with opening and managing a combined Alabama/Mississippi office. She is a licensed title agent and admitted to practice law in Alabama including in federal courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. She attended Presbyterian College in South Carolina where she graduated with honors.
She also attended Birmingham School of Law where she finished second in her class. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association.
